Lino & Capri Return & Exchange Policy
At Lino & Capri, we take pride in offering timeless, high-quality pieces. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to accommodate exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:
Exchanges & Store Credit
- Exchanges or store credit are available within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Shipping & Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over $500, but return shipping fees are not covered.
- Shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.
- Route Shipping Protection is non-refundable, even if an item is returned.
- For international returns, shipping costs vary based on location and must be covered by the customer.
How to Initiate an Exchange
To request an exchange or store credit, please contact our team at info@linoandcapri.com with your order number and details. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or issue store credit.
